Returns & Refunds
You can return your unwanted item within 28 days of receiving your original order. If returned within 28 days of the item being delivered to you a full refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will receive it within 2-3 business days. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If condition of an item that has been returned (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) prohibits it from being resold and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we will not be able to accept your return and we will send it back to you.
Spike's Joint doesn't offer free returns.
Returned items are your responsibility to ship back to our warehouse.

Multiple Orders To Return?
You can return more than one order in the same parcel as long as it's has the same order number. For other orders that are under a different order number you will have to print and fill out another return form.

Once your returned items are received at our warehouse, they'll all be processed at the same time, and you will receive a return confirmation email for each order.
Spike's Joint is no longer able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received at our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to print out a return label, send back you order and then place a new order. We will issue you a refund of your order minus the shipping cost. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will receive it within 2-3 business days.
Sale Items
Items marked on SALE have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or price changing. 
Items purchased at full price before a sale can not be partially refunded or returned for sale price. Any original priced item that is requested to be returned or refunded during a sale will receive the sales price not the original price.
If you try to make a return, we will send your order back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Will Delivery Charges Be Refunded?
In most cases the delivery charges will not be refunded . Only for special cases i.e.: Faulty wrongly sent items that needs to be shipped back to our warehouse (in this case we will return the shipping cost or cover it). Re-shipment cost for returns aside from faulty orders will be the customer's hands.
Can I come and collect or return a parcel to your office?
Unfortunately that is against our policy. Kindly post the items back to us at the address below and include the return the downloadable form below.
