Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns or exchanges by mail within 25 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags (If items seem worn or used, you will not receive a refund.) In the case that you've received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will exchange your item.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. If you would like to ship an item to return we don’t offer return labels, You will be responsible for paying for your own your purchase invoice, a return and new shipping label will be provided depending on the situation. Most orders will ship out the day of. Except, if ordered after 3PM EST. Please be patient when waiting for your package. Depending on where you live, dates may vary for scheduled delivery times.

Please note: We are not liable for packages once they have left our facility. If have any problems with shipping or delivery. Please contact your selected delivery carrier.

In the case that you’ve received a damaged item or and incorrect item that does not match original tags (If items seems worn or used, you will not receive a refund.) In the case that you've received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible to determine if your product is eligible for exchange.

Any autographed or personalized items purchased ARE non-refundable or exchangeable
